We sell direct from our unit in Chertsey and we keep the process deliberately simple. You place an order on this site without creating an account, we generate a unique reference immediately, and one of our team confirms stock, personalisation and the final total with you before any payment is taken. That last step is why we ask for a telephone number as well as an email address.
Track an order
Email us your order reference and we will tell you exactly where it is. Tracked deliveries also get a link direct from the carrier once the parcel is scanned.
Change an order
Colour, size, spelling on a personalised bag or the delivery address — email us before the order is packed and we will amend it at no cost.
Return an order
30 days on unused items in original condition. Read Warranty & Returns for the full procedure and your statutory rights.

Data we hold
For an order we hold your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, the items ordered and any personalisation text. We keep it for as long as we need to fulfil the order and meet our accounting and warranty obligations. You can ask us for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it — see our Privacy Policy or email [email protected].
