One from each of the four ranges — the wide-opening backpack, the sixth form satchel, the sports bag with a sealed wet compartment, and the smart carry bag.
A school backpack is worn for roughly 190 mornings a year, loaded with somewhere between two and eight kilograms, by a body that is still growing. That single fact decides what we stock.
Every backpack we sell is judged on its back panel and harness before anything else — the rest of the bag has to work around them, not the other way round. The panel is closed-cell foam, shaped into pads with a ventilation channel between them, over a semi-rigid sheet that stops a ring-binder corner pressing into the spine.
Books load against that sheet, close to the back, where the weight does least damage. Shoulder straps are contoured, wide at the shoulder and tapered to webbing, with 8 to 12 centimetres of adjustment, so a bag bought in Year 3 still fits in Year 6. Nothing here is decoration: if a part does not carry load or keep water out, it is not on the bag.
Reviews left by customers after at least one full term of use. We ask everyone the same question: is the bag still doing its job?
Third year of use and it has been through two children. The back panel still has its shape and the zips run as well as they did in September of the first year. I have stopped buying supermarket bags entirely.
Bought the Maxi specifically for the separate kit compartment. It genuinely works — the rugby kit comes home in the bottom and the exercise books arrive dry. Worth every penny of the difference.
My daughter is small for Year 4 and every other bag sat halfway down her back. The Junior actually fits her. Ordered in red with her initials on the front pocket and she has not taken it off since.
The Olympic has done two seasons of swimming club, four away tournaments and a week in Wales. It still stands up on its own. The frame around the top makes packing it at six in the morning much less of a fight.
The full-width opening is the feature I did not know I needed. My son can find a book without unpacking the whole bag onto the pavement. The separate laptop section is well padded and easy to get at.
We are on our fourth bookbag in three years, but only because the school changed colour twice. This one has outlasted all of them and the magnetic flap is far quieter than Velcro in a reading corner.
Kinderpak to DuoPak — 8 litres to 41 litres. Each one is listed with its capacity, back length, empty weight and the school years it was designed for, so you can match the bag to the child instead of guessing at a size label.

The 10% rule, why the heaviest book goes closest to the spine, how high the bag should sit and what a correctly adjusted sternum strap actually does. Five minutes here saves a lot of complaints about shoulders later.
